Who I am

I began my studies in 2016 at PCI College. After finishing there, I pursued my Master's degree in Integrative Psychotherapy at ICHAS, graduating in 2020, and later became a couples therapist in 2022. In addition, I completed my Critical Incident Stress Management course in 2018 at SETU. I am also accredited with the IACP.

Integrative therapy utilizes a holistic approach by blending various therapeutic methods to customize treatment based on each client's unique needs. This flexibility enables the creation of a more personalized and effective treatment plan, fostering greater self-awareness, emotional strength, and overall enhancement of one’s mental health.

Whether you are looking for assistance with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship challenges, or personal growth, I am here to support you on your journey to well-being.

I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment, empowering them to find clarity and healing. My journey in the field has been driven by a passion for helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges and achieve meaningful personal growth.
